Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED · AUG 2026
This page describes what happens to information you give us through www.pawsportconcierge.com, and what the site does on its own while you are reading it. We have written it from the site’s actual behaviour — every provider named below is one your browser or your request really reaches.
01Who we are
Pawsport Concierge (“we”, “us”) is a pet concierge service based in Miami, Florida. We decide what happens to the information described on this page. You can reach us at hello@pawsportconcierge.com or (305) 954-0956, 8am–10pm ET, every day.
02What this policy covers
It covers this website: the request form, the cookie choice, and the third-party services the pages load. It does not repeat the rules of the service itself — quotes, cancellations, liability and the like live in our Terms & Conditions.
03What you send us through the request form
When you fill in the form on the home page, this is what is submitted — nothing is collected quietly in the background beyond the last three lines, which the form fills in for itself:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the channel you would like the reply in;
- your route — departure and destination cities, up to five legs — and the departure date, or a note that you do not have a ticket yet;
- your pet’s type, breed and weight, and the same for a second pet if you add one;
- the city you are writing from, which everyday services you are interested in, and anything you type into the free-text field;
- how you heard about us;
- the campaign parameters in the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), if there were any;
- the address of the page that referred you to us, if your browser sent one;
- the time you pressed send.
We ask for this to prepare a written quote and to run your case. The site never asks for payment details, passport numbers or documents — if those become necessary, they are handled with your concierge directly, not through this page.
04When you contact us another way
You can also reach the desk by WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email. Then we hold whatever you choose to tell us, in the channel you chose. The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Trustpilot links on this site are ordinary links: no widgets, buttons or tracking pixels from those companies are embedded in our pages. Once you follow such a link you are on their service, under their terms.
05What happens automatically when you open a page
- Hosting. The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and basic request data in order to deliver the page and to keep the service secure.
- Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and Google receives your IP address. This happens on every page load, before and regardless of the cookie choice below. We would rather serve the fonts ourselves and intend to; until we do, it is written here rather than left unsaid.
- Nothing else is embedded from anyone else — no advertising, no social widgets, no chat tools.
06Cookies and analytics
The site itself sets no cookies. Your answer to the banner is kept in your browser’s local storage under the name pw-consent; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Before you answer the banner, no analytics load at all.
- “Essential only” keeps it that way. Nothing further is loaded.
- “Accept” loads two analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These do set their own cookies. They record which pages you open, what you click, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser. Clarity additionally records a playback of pointer movement, scrolling and clicks on the page.
You can change your answer at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the home, About and blog pages. Clearing site data for this domain in your browser erases the stored answer and the analytics cookies together.
The FAQ, Terms and this Privacy page carry no analytics at all — they load no scripts.
07Who else receives this information
| Provider | What it receives | When |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Everything you submitted in the request form | When you press send |
| Google (Apps Script → Google Sheets) | A second copy of the same request, which is where we keep our case list | When you press send |
| Google (Analytics 4) | Usage data as described above | Only after “Accept” |
| Microsoft (Clarity) | Usage data and a playback of the page session | Only after “Accept” |
| Google (Fonts) | Your IP address | Every page load |
| GitHub (hosting) | Your IP address and request data, in server logs | Every page load |
Beyond the website: to actually deliver the service we pass on what a given step requires — a veterinary clinic needs your pet’s details for its appointment, an airline needs the booking and the pet’s measurements, a government office needs what its form demands. We pass on what the step needs and no more. Those providers are independent of us, as described in the Terms.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
08Where the information is held
Formspree, Google, Microsoft and GitHub are companies based in the United States, and the information described above is processed on their systems. If you write to us from outside the United States, that means your information is handled outside your own country.
09How long we keep it
We keep your request and the case built from it while we are working with you, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for our own records and for tax and legal obligations. If you would like it removed sooner, write to us and we will do it, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
10Your choices and your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose.
- Change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time — see Cookies and analytics above.
Write to hello@pawsportconcierge.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We answer from the Miami desk within our published hours.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU or UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act, may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
11Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Once submitted, your request sits in accounts we hold with the providers named above and is protected by their security and by our access to those accounts. No arrangement on the internet is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise.
12Changes to this policy
When what we do changes, we change this page. The “last updated” line at the top shows when it last happened.
