Can my pet fly in the cabin with me?

Whenever the airline allows it — yes, and that is always our first option. It depends on the airline, the route and your pet's size. The cargo hold is a last resort, and only after we have agreed it with you.

How much does pet travel concierge service cost?

Every case is quoted individually — the price depends on the destination country and the route. You get a fixed written quote within the first conversation, before you pay anything. Government, veterinary and airline fees are itemized separately, so there are no surprises later.

How early should we start preparing a pet for a flight?

Message us the day you start thinking about the trip. Many routes need about 30 days; some countries require blood tests months in advance. We run the calendar backwards from your date and tell you immediately whether it is realistic.

What if the airline or the border refuses my pet?

That is exactly what we prevent. Your route is confirmed in writing with the airline before you book a ticket, and country requirements are cleared line by line. We do not gamble with departure day.

Do you only handle pet flights?

No — Pawsport Concierge is a full pet concierge in Miami: grooming, dog walking, vet visits, pet hotel and day care. Same named concierge, same 15-minute reply.
