Pawsport Concierge is a Miami-based pet travel concierge that helps pet parents travel and relocate internationally with their dogs and cats. We manage the documentation, airline coordination, and country entry requirements behind every trip — from health certificates to airport procedures.
It Started With One Dog and a Lot of Paperwork
Pawsport Concierge began long before it became a company.
Our founder spent years traveling the world — more than 50 countries, often with her Maltipoo, Nounours. Traveling with a pet quickly taught her that getting from one country to another is rarely as simple as booking a ticket. Every destination came with its own rules: health certificates, airline requirements, entry permits, vaccination timelines, airport procedures. And often, different answers depending on who you asked.
Over years of trial, error, and repetition, she built real experience, trusted contacts, and a practical understanding of how international pet travel actually works.
Eventually, friends started asking for help. A dog moving from the U.S. to Europe. A family taking their pet on vacation. Someone relocating internationally with a cat. Someone who had already booked a flight and suddenly discovered a missing document. One friend introduced another, and what started as favors gradually became a full-service pet travel concierge.
